Let’s Bring Your Perfect Wedding Day To Life

You and everyone you love deserve to be fully present and actually enjoy your wedding — not spend the day managing it from behind the scenes.

Hi, I’m Kendra.

As a wedding planner, I’ve planned over 112 weddings across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. I’ve done intimate ceremonies, full wedding weekends, destination celebrations, and everything in between.

And one thing is undeniable: your wedding day will be one of the most important days of you and your partner’s life.

You should be able to walk into your wedding knowing that everything is going to come together exactly the way you’ve been picturing it.

You should be fully present, not stressing, not managing things behind the scenes, and not wondering if something’s being missed.

Your guests should be comfortable and having the best time of their lives.

And you should have someone in your corner who genuinely understands your vision and knows exactly how to make it happen.

That’s what I’m here to do for you.

Every couple I’ve ever worked with has told me the same thing after their wedding day:

“I actually got to enjoy it” or “this turned out even better than I imagined.”

Not “the flowers were nice.” Not “the food was good.”

The thing they remember most — the thing that mattered more than any detail — is that they were fully there, in the moment, with the people they love…

Not worrying about a single thing happening behind the scenes.

That’s what happens when you have a planner who cares about your wedding day as much as you do.

That's what your wedding day should feel like

To make sure your wedding day goes as smooth and perfect as possible — so you and your family can be fully present and enjoy your big day — you need the right person behind the scenes.

Maybe your venue requires a planner and you’re realizing this could be a chance to get real support, not just check a box…

Maybe your mom or sister said they’d help coordinate, but you’d rather they be beside you enjoying your wedding day instead of running around behind the scenes making sure things are happening…

Or maybe you dove into planning feeling confident and quickly discovered there’s way more to it than you expected — the vendors, the logistics, the timeline, the design decisions, the details you didn’t even know to think about.

No matter where you are in the process…

If you want your wedding day to feel exactly the way you’ve been picturing it — and you want to actually be there to enjoy it — that’s exactly what I help make happen.

Here’s How My Team and I Will Bring Your Dream Wedding To Life

First, so you know, I don’t do cookie-cutter weddings.

See, a lot of planners who work the same venues over and over end up falling into a rhythm — same vendors, same timeline, same layout.

That may be efficient for them…

But your wedding ends up looking like a copy of someone else’s.

Every single wedding I’ve done is unique.

That’s because before I recommend a single vendor or make a single design decision…

I sit down with you and learn who you are as a couple.

I take the time to learn your style, your personality, the vibe you want, and the experience you want your guests to have.

Then I take what’s in your head and turn it into a real, detailed plan that reflects you…

Not just some template I’ve recycled from someone else’s wedding.

If something won’t work from a guest flow or logistics standpoint, of course, I’ll tell you…

But the look, the feel, and the energy of the day is always going to be authentically yours.

That’s why no two weddings we’ve done have ever looked the same — even at the same venue…

And it’s why my couples trust me with the most important day of their lives.

I'd feel guilty if I didn't tell you this...

My services aren’t the cheapest option out there.

I typically work with couples who have an overall wedding budget starting around $60,000 or more.

I know that’s a big number…

But the reality is that the average wedding in the Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland area is already in that range…

And when you factor in the venue, catering, photography, florals, entertainment, and everything else that goes into creating the day you’re envisioning…

Most couples planning a wedding at this level are already investing at this scale.

The question is just whether you’re going to try to manage all that on your own…

Or have someone in your corner making sure every dollar and detail is working toward the day you actually want.

I’d rather you know exactly where things stand before we ever get on a call together.

If the investment works for your budget, amazing — we’re going to do incredible things together.

And if it doesn’t, that’s completely okay too.

Either way, no one’s time gets wasted and no one gets an uncomfortable surprise.

Here's what a few of my couples have to say:

Imagine walking into your wedding and everything came together exactly the way you pictured it.

The venue is stunning…

The timeline flows naturally…

Your guests are comfortable, relaxed, and having the best time…

And you — you’re not checking on the florist, you’re not managing the timeline…

You’re not worrying about what’s happening in the kitchen.

You’re just there.

Fully present.

Dancing with your partner.

Laughing with your friends.

Hugging your parents.

And soaking in every single moment of the day you’ve been dreaming about.

Here's How To Reserve Your Spot

Down below, you’ll see an inquiry form to fill out.

Scroll down and fill it out.

After you fill out the form below, I’ll personally review your inquiry within 48 hours.

If it looks like we could be a great fit, I’ll reach out to schedule your complimentary planning consultation.

On that call, I’ll take the time to understand where you are in the planning process, what’s been on your mind, and what matters most to you.

From there, I’ll recommend which level of support is the best fit for your situation out of my three service tiers:

All investments are broken into installment payments spread over your planning timeline.

*A Quick Note on Why I Don’t Offer “Day-Of” Coordination

I get asked about this a lot, so I want to address it here.

I don’t offer day-of coordination because it sets up both of us to fail.

Think about it this way…

Hiring a day-of coordinator is like hiring someone to take a test for you who hasn’t been in class or studied any of the material.

They show up the morning of your wedding, read a timeline they didn’t build, meet vendors they’ve never spoken to, and try to execute a vision they weren’t part of creating.

I’ve talked to brides whose friends went this route and were stressed through the entire planning process because nobody was actually in their corner until the week before.

And on the wedding day itself, things still went sideways because the coordinator simply didn’t know enough to stay ahead of problems.

Your wedding day deserves better than that.

That’s why event management is my starting level of service.

When I show up on your wedding day, I already know your wedding inside and out — your vendors, your venue, your vision, your priorities, what matters most to you.

I built the timeline. I’ve talked to every vendor. I’ve walked the space. There are no surprises for me, which means there are no surprises for you.

That’s the difference between a safety net with holes in it and genuine peace of mind.

Ready to Make Your Wedding Day Everything You've Been Picturing?

If this sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, scroll down, and fill out the form below.

I’ll personally review your inquiry.

If it looks like we’d work well together, I’ll reach out to schedule your consultation, and on that call we’ll figure out the best path forward for your specific situation.

I take a limited number of weddings each year so every couple gets my complete attention.

I currently have 4 openings remaining for this year, and my calendar for next year is already starting to fill.

Once those spots are claimed, I close my calendar for that year.

So if your date falls in either year, I’d encourage you to reach out asap.

Thanks for considering me,

Kendra

P.S. I recently had a couple reach out months after our initial consultation. The call went great but they decided to handle things on their own with their venue’s coordinator.

But then things hit the fan.

Take a look at the message they sent me:

This happens more often than you you’d think.

Couples pass on hiring a planner, realize a few months in that it’s more than they expected, and come back hoping the date is still open.

Unfortunately for them, someone else booked their wedding date.

I don’t want that to happen to you.

If you’re at all interested, the best time to lock in your date is now before I get booked for your date.
